Outstanding experience! They arrived in time, friendly and very personable but professional. The attention to detail was impressive! I actually don't even know where or how to start describing Jacob's job today. I am not trying to be dramatic nor overstate anything when I say that the work done over 12 hours at our house on two grills that were just caked with grease and grime was nothing short of miraculous. Jacob made these two grills look absolutely brand new. One was my PartyKing tailgate BBQ and the other was a 48-inch Kalamazoo tank. He tackled both without haste nor missing a speck of grime. He is beyond professional; he is meticulous; and he is one of the most polite young men you'll ever meet. His work just blew us away in every respect.
