Outstanding experience! They arrived in time, friendly and very personable but professional. The attention to detail was impressive! I actually don't even know where or how to start describing Jacob's job today. I am not trying to be dramatic nor overstate anything when I say that the work done over 12 hours at our house on two grills that were just caked with grease and grime was nothing short of miraculous. Jacob made these two grills look absolutely brand new. One was my PartyKing tailgate BBQ and the other was a 48-inch Kalamazoo tank. He tackled both without haste nor missing a speck of grime. He is beyond professional; he is meticulous; and he is one of the most polite young men you'll ever meet. His work just blew us away in every respect. The nice weather is finally here and that means grilling. One of my least favourite chores is cleaning last year’s grunge off my BBQ before starting this year’s cooking….but someone’s got to do it. I heard about Shaidle Cleaning last year, so I thought I’d give them a try. I’m glad I did. The appointment was easy to book online, and Richard arrived promptly on time. He was friendly, professional, and very well organized. Three hours later, my BBQ was in “like new” condition. I was impressed. I am so impressed with the service I received from beginning to the end. This included getting a quote quickly, ease of booking the appointment online, getting a fast response to my question on how to pay and the actual service provided on the day of the cleaning. Hiro was running late from his morning appointment so he called to let me know when he would get here. He was extremely personable and did an excellent job of taking the barbecue completely apart and cleaned it thoroughly. At the end of the appointment he checked back in to go over the work done. Had such a great experience with Aspect BBQ Cleaning Services. My BBQ hadn’t been cleaned in about a year and we were getting some serious flare ups whenever we cooked, so it was definitely overdue for a proper clean. They went in and really did a thorough job — got rid of all the built-up grease and grime and now it looks and works so much better. The whole process was easy from start to finish. They were friendly, showed up on time, and took their time to make sure everything was done properly. You can tell they care about the work they do. Since the cleaning, the BBQ heats way more evenly and the flare ups are completely gone, which has made cooking a lot less stressful. They also left everything clean and tidy afterwards. This is the 2nd time we have used this business and we have recommended it to everyone in our family as well as our friends. We are busy and need things around our home clean, beautiful and ready to go! The bbq is tedious and time consuming for us to keep up so this service was the answer. Within less than 4 hours Jake took our bbq from dirty and smelly to clean and like brand new!! We can now have our weekend bbq without any concern when opening the lid to our “ like new” bbq. We were also given numerous tips to polishing the outside to help keep it looking like new. Another service we used is his power washing. The front and back of our country property is impossible to keep free of farmers dust, pollen and regular day to day dirt. Thanks to Jake our home was left like the day we moved in! Here we are 2026 and the third time I have used Aspect to clean our Crown Verity BBQ. There were two guys here today Jordan and Ethan. They were very thorough, and did an amazing job. In an age when we have become more concerned about bio hazards, bacteria and other contaminents - it really feels good to have the bbq looking like brand new. A side note is that we have been very proud (at a distance) of Jacob Shaidle and his history or starting this company to put himself through school and others that work for him. He spent about three hours diligently cleaning my BBQ, and the results were astounding—it looks almost brand new! I am extremely happy with the work that Richard did for me on my BBQ. It hadn’t been cleaned at all for about 10 years, short of scraping the grills off after cooking. Richard was very polite and left my deck as clean as when he found it. I will definitely recommend Shaidle to my friends. I would like to say, too, I was happy to be informed that I had to pay tax. That may sound odd to you, but in my opinion, if people offer me to pay cash so I won’t have to pay tax, I think they are untrustworthy and dishonest. We were so pleased with our experience working with Shaidle Cleaning! Getting an on-line quote and scheduling an appointment using the booking portal was quick and easy. There was frequent communication throughout the process and regular reminders as the date for our BBQ cleaning approached. Jack, our technician, worked hard for more than four hours in very hot and sunny conditions. He did an excellent job cleaning both the internal and external components of our grill. I must say that I was hesitant at first. I mean, why pay for a BBQ cleaning when you can just do it yourself? After consideration and the responsiveness (in a non pushy or salesy way) from Aspect I decided to give them a chance. And wow was I glad I did!! They made the BBQ look almost new. Its a grimy and greasy job and takes 2.5 hours to complete and I am super happy that I didn't have to do it myself. They get right in there, take it essentially apart and clean is with ultimate care. Then they put reassemble and leave it as it was. They do not leave a mess behind. The BBQ works better! I can totally tell the difference. I will most likely consider this service every 2 years. I am confident that I will get more life out of my BBQ by having it professionally cleaned. I have a Weber Genesis II and they are not cheap, so I look at this as a great way to protect my investment. Great work Aspect!! I am more than happy to help you with referrals. ~ Mark S

The company texted me prior to the appointment confirming his arrival time. He arrived on time. He spent Time putting tarps around the work area and began his work. He needed access to a hose and a power outlet (this was noted in advance). Did a great job cleaning up the bbq. It probably hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in 15 years. He noted where we might want consider replacement parts. But noted that there was nothing unsafe about the bbq. When he was done he cleaned up around his work space. Overall am pleased with the job Eric did and would happily recommend Aspect and Eric to others. ~ Peter F

My outdoor Crown Verity is the go to grill year round. I reached out to Shaidle Cleaning. Booking was super easy with a couple reminders as the day approached. The day of cleaning Vincent showed up and introduced himself and immediately got to work. A few hours later he asked me to come look at the “reveal”. I am not exaggerating it looked like the day I bought it. Vincent took pride in his work. I’m already looking at my calendar to book my next cleaning with Shaidle. Don’t hesitate. Fajed (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name!) was actually early to arrive. He set right to work. When the job was complete, I asked him if he’d actually gone out and bought me a new barbecue! It was so clean and shiny. I couldn’t believe it was my barbecue. When he was finished, he used the hose to clean off the deck and anywhere else where there was dust, or any kind of residue that might have occurred during the clean. He left my deck spotless. Like most, I held off on hiring someone to clean our BBQ until the last possible minute. After seeing an IG story about this student run company, I figured it was worth a try. Aspect was quick to respond and open with communication throughout the process. Fran was friendly and efficient, and talked us through trouble areas with the cleaning. He also suggested replacement grills and items that would extend the life of our grill. I had my 4 burner BBQ cleaned by Shaidle Cleaning. Jack was the technician who came to perform this deep cleaning. He did an excellent job. The stainless steel grills are shining like new! He got rid of all the grime and dirt inside. The location of my BBQ is on the second floor balcony of my 3 level townhouse. I contacted Jacob thru the Nextdoor App after reading a few reviews. When we spoke we discussed price, a time and day. He arrived right on time and went straight to work. The job was completed expertly , better than I could have done and was completed in the time frame discussed. Jacob did a fantastic job of bringing my BBQ back to life. He not only did a deep clean, the burners now run at full capacity. He was very pleasant to work with both on the phone and in person, arrived on time, left my surrounding deck spotless, and was affordable. Didn’t even know this kind of service existed until I desperately needed my bbq cleaned before having guests over - and my gosh, I am so happy it does. Shaidle BBQ cleaning was responsive, meticulous, and went above and beyond to send someone to help me out the next morning (a Saturday over a long weekend!).
